Does Kartell Perth offer a showroom where I can view the product range or can I only purchase online?
Kartell Perth offers a full retail experience with an extensive array of furniture & homewares displayed in a showroom environment. The Trilogy team are on hand to assist you with any questions that you may have about individual products.

Can I purchase from the showroom floor?
When you visit the showroom, all homewares displayed are available for immediate dispatch. A range of furniture items can also be dispatched from the showroom floor if your transportation permits.

Are individual products in the Kartell ranges available in alternative finishes to suit my space?
Kartell Perth offers various finish options. Please contact a Trilogy team member to discuss finish options. Note all alternative finishes offered are listed in the product description of each item of our website.

Can I find Kartell Perth’s entire product range on your website?
Keeping up to date with the latest trends means that Kartell Perth have new products arriving in store all year round. All new arrivals are displayed in our showrooms & we endeavour to present all of our product selection on our website. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website or in the showroom, please discuss with a Trilogy team member & we will endeavour to source the product direct from Milan for you.

Interior Design

Can Trilogy help me with interior decorating & styling utilising the Kartell Perth product range?
Yes, Trilogy’s Interior Designer would love to work with you to create the personalised space that you desire. Trilogy’s Interior Design service includes furniture & homeware styling, spatial & layout planning, & custom designing. A consultation in store, at home or within a commercial space can be made by appointment.

Delivery Service

Our daily transport service delivers furniture & homeware items within the greater Perth Metropolitan area. This service extends to regional locations. Kartell Perth can also accommodate Australia wide delivery assistance if required. Please contact a Trilogy team member for an estimate delivery quote.

What is the cost of your delivery service?
Kartell Perth’s delivery charges vary depending on the size of the item(s), quantity & the delivery location. If assembly of a product is required, an additional fee will be incurred. Please contact a Trilogy team member for an estimate delivery quote.

How long does delivery take?
If the product is in stock, delivery can be scheduled for immediate dispatch. The Trilogy delivery team can deliver within a week of purchase for local distribution. Interstate transportation should allow 2 to 3 weeks.

Can I cancel & re-schedule a delivery time?
Yes, delivery times can be re-scheduled. Please ensure to provide 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact a Trilogy team member & they will accommodate your requirements.

Is payment required prior to delivery?
Balance of payment must be finalised prior to delivery. Please note a 3-day clearance is required for Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) & cheque payments.

What time will you deliver my furniture?
At the point of purchase, we will schedule a delivery date which is convenient for you. Please provide your mobile contact phone number & a member from the Trilogy delivery team will contact you half an hour prior to the scheduled time of delivery. If you are not at home to collect the goods at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee may be charged.

Note, the Trilogy delivery team have a planned daily run schedule. Please contact a Trilogy team member for a more accurate delivery time on the morning of your scheduled delivery date.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?
To ensure safe delivery of your purchases it is advisable that someone is able to sign for your goods. If there is nobody to sign for the goods, the goods will be returned to storage & you will need to make contact with a Trilogy team member to re-schedule the delivery time. Please note this will incur a further delivery fee.

Who will deliver my purchase?
All members of our delivery team are specialists in delivering exclusive Kartell Perth products. We will co-ordinate delivery of the goods & ensure each piece is delivered with the care it deserves.

Do I need to use the Trilogy delivery team to deliver my goods?
A private courier service can be appointed at your discretion & arrangements can be made to collect the goods from the Trilogy warehouse. Your nominated courier service must be able to load the furniture or homeware item(s) independently. Trilogy accepts no responsibility for the safe delivery of goods when an external courier is utilised. Note that products being collected from the warehouse are required to be paid in full.

Lead Times

How long do I have to wait to receive goods once purchased?
Lead times vary from product to product. We endeavour & pride ourselves on having adequate stock to accommodate our client’s requirements. If stock is not available for a particular product an order can be placed & an approximate lead time will be supplied at the point of purchase. Note a third deposit is required for all orders. A Trilogy team member will be in contact with you as soon as the item is ready to be delivered or collected. For more detailed lead times on particular products please contact a Trilogy team member.

Payments

What payment methods do Kartell Perth accept?
Kartell Perth accepts cash payments, Visa, MasterCard & Amex credit card payments with no additional surcharge fees applied. Kartell Perth also accepts Afterpay, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) & cheque payments. Please note a 3-day clearance is required for EFT payments & cheque payments before goods can be dispatched for delivery.

Can I pay for my purchase other than online?
Yes, customers can pay over the phone via Visa, MasterCard, Amex credit card, Afterpay or via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Alternatively, payments can be made within our showroom location.

Are my online payments secure?
Yes, your privacy & security of your information are of paramount importance to Kartell Perth. All online payments via Shopify are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Refund & Return Policy

What happens if I change my mind & wish to return a Kartell Perth purchase?
The Trilogy team are confident that you will love your purchase as much as we love the Kartell Perth product range. Please choose carefully as Kartell Perth does not offer refunds or credit notes if you have a change of mind. However, if you do change your mind & you reside in Perth Western Australia, we would be happy to offer an exchange for homewares within 7 days of your purchase & upon review of your sales invoice. If you wish to change a furniture order, please contact a Trilogy team member immediately. At the discretion of management, furniture can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase & upon review of your sales invoice. Note restocking fees & additional delivery fees may apply. If you are located interstate, please make contact with a Trilogy team member within 7 days of purchase & assuming goods are in perfect condition we will endeavour to assist you.

Warranty & Repairs Policy

Are there any warranties provided when purchasing furniture &/or homewares from Kartell Perth?
We firmly stand by our extensive Kartell Perth product range. Trilogy only source exceptional quality so that we can confidently supply products of the highest possible standard. If in the unlikely situation you are not satisfied & believe that your product is faulty please contact a Trilogy team member. We will endeavour to assist & facilitate a prompt & satisfactory solution. To help with this process please provide Trilogy with your sales invoice & photograph of the item in question. Please also refer to the product data sheet via our website which highlights warranty information.

Layby Conditions

Is there a minimum amount required to be spent in order to layby goods?
There is no minimum requirement when you decide to layby Kartell Perth goods.

What is the maximum period I can extend a layby for at Kartell Perth?
We can accommodate a 4-week layby period for full priced products & a 2-week layby period for sale items. Please contact a Trilogy team member if special circumstances are required & we will endeavour to assist.

Does Kartell Perth have a minimum deposit requirement in order to layby goods?
Kartell Perth’s layby terms require a third deposit of the total value of the purchased goods. Progressive payments can be made in store or over the phone by credit card within the stipulated timeframe. When layby payments are initiated, invoices will be supplied.

Product Care

How do I maintain & look after my Kartell Perth products?
For all product care information please discuss with a Trilogy team member, they will be able to provide you with a product data sheet with cleaning instructions. This product data sheet can also be downloaded from our website.

Storage Facility

Does Trilogy Perth have a storage facility if we are unable to accept delivery of goods at the point of purchase?
Yes, we can assist you with storage of your furniture & homewares if you are unable to accept delivery of good promptly. Kartell Perth can provide complimentary storage for a maximum of 1 month at no additional charge. A monthly fee will be charged past the initial month of storage. Please contact a Trilogy team member for an estimated storage quote.

Gift Vouchers

Can I purchase a gift voucher from Kartell Perth?
Yes, a Kartell Perth gift voucher is the perfect gift.

How long are Kartell Perth gift vouchers valid for & are they transferable?
Kartell Perth gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue & they are non-transferable.

Can Kartell Perth send a Kartell Perth gift voucher directly to a recipient?
Kartell Perth gift vouchers can be sent directly to the gift recipient at no additional charge. Please contact a Trilogy team member to organise this for you.

What protection does the recipient have if they misplace their Trilogy gift voucher?
Please contact a Trilogy team member if this occurs & we will endeavour to assist the recipient in this situation.

Does Kartell Perth provide a gift-wrapping service?
Yes, presentation is paramount at Kartell Perth. We provide a complimentary giftwrapping service. A beautiful selection of quality gift wrap & trimmings are offered. Please allow a Trilogy team member to wrap that special gift for you.
